Born Ready Design & Marketing are one of the sponsors of the Prohms Health Academy - Coast2Coast and back Pilates-a-thon challenge.
The event is for the charity Forget Me Not trust - a children’s charity and a very worthy cause. This year to help them raise money for their new hospice Prohms Health Academy are aiming to collectively travel the distance of 'Coast to Coast' and back again in 1 week, and they need your help! What's more, you don't even need to brave the cold!
From the warmth and comfort of the Prohms Health Academy brand new Yorkshire health academy, and using there state of the art gym kit, you are invited to walk, run, row or cycle for as many miles as you choose, and the distance you cover will count towards the challenging 380 mile total. If you don't fancy running, rowing or cycling, why not take part in the charity pilates-a thon with 24 hours of Pilates over 2 days.
